From humble beginnings, providing one-to-one coaching services and HR consultancy, ®KNOW THYSELF COACHING INSTITUTE has grown to become a first-class coaching company and certifying training provider in the fields of Personal Growth & Empowerment, Life Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP Coaching), Hypnosis, and Mental Emotion Release® (MER®) Therapy. ®KNOW THYSELF is currently known as a very human and performing coaching institute in Dubai.

Founded by Makram Maadad, a Lebanese national, born and raised in Dubai. Makram is a coach, master trainer and speaker with an extensive background in HR, having spent that last decade in the fields of learning & development, training, coaching, employee engagement and organizational development.

Along this journey, his love and passion for human development & potential, healing and quantum physics grew even more, which drove him to study directly with several well-known teachers and healers in the human potential movement, including Dr. Christina Hall, Dr. Richard Bandler, Bob Proctor, Less Brown, Simon Sinek, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Matt James, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Ross Jeffries, Hojin Sensei, Tony Robbins, Joe Vitale, Marshall Goldsmith and many others.

Makram provides his students with exceptional well-being and personal empowerment trainings through his teachings in integrative coaching, energy, and holistic healing techniques which include Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Mental Emotion Release® (MER®) Therapy.
